Client: Budova Company has been the largest developer in Odessa since 1990, constantly improving its construction technologies and striving to consolidate its leading position in the Odessa market.
Task: Rebranding, which will emphasize the updated positioning and emotional role of the brand, securing for “Building” the image of its own, local, Odessa company leader, trendsetter in a category that better understands and exceeds the expectations of Odessa.
Solution:
– we identified key needs, pain points and selection criteria in the category, level of knowledge and perception of key characteristics of the company against competitors;
– we segmented consumers, held a creative and strategic working session, which analyzed communication, positioning, strengths and weaknesses of competitors, key consumer drivers and motives for choice;
– worked out the insights of the target audience, identified and formulated the key differential benefits of the brand “Building”, Unique Trade Offer, Role of the Brand and Values;
– concluded a brand passport – an extended description of the updated positioning and architecture of the brand, based on which they updated the brand manifesto, slogan, visual style, basics of communication strategy and image advertising campaign “Buildings”.
